  The first thing that taxi managers most often encounter is receiving payments from drivers. This is usually done on one particular day, once a month, or once a week. And then this day turns into hell. Drivers start to crowd in your office, and at that moment you do not have enough cars to offer to clients. Some allow drivers to bring money any time, but that means they can, and usually will, come at the wrong time. Of course, you can make a dispatcher or a senior on a shift responsible for this procedure. But then again, the question of collecting and transferring money immediately arises.

  There is a more modern way to solve this problem with the help of payment terminals. Anyone can use terminals which can be found almost in every store. The driver just needs to come to the terminal, select your service, enter his code or phone number and deposit the money. In a split second, the money will be credited to the driver’s account and he will be able to continue working. And most importantly, the driver can replenish his account at any time. Meanwhile, you may be somewhere far away fishing or hunting.

  The second thing that falls on the shoulders of the manager is the calculation and payment of wages to the dispatchers and operators. Usually, it comes down to viewing a report on working schedule and calculating the wages on a piece of paper. On the other hand, we have this process fully automated. Each of your employees has their own Internal Account on which their wages will be placed. The rules for calculating the payments you create yourself. This may be done only once when setting up the program. After that, all wages will be calculated automatically. You will only have to subtract from this virtual account every time you pay to the employee. Fortunately, the payment can be done by transferring to the employee’s bank card. You can do it easily while, for example, spending a great time in your country house surrounded by your beloved family.

 The third thing to supervise is customer service. Many managers just come themselves and listen to how their operators communicate with customers. Of course, this method works, but it requires a lot of time and to be present in the control room. But the same result can be achieved by listening to the recordings of conversations with customers while staying, let’s say, at the seaside hotel.

  The next thing a manager has to do is to watch the work of dispatchers and make it impossible for them to have their favorite drivers, the ones to whom they save the most profitable orders. This problem is very hard to track down, and it usually only comes to the surface only when other drivers start complaining. You will know exactly when the order was offered to the driver, was edited, which fields were changed and who pressed which button. To be able to check all these events, you will only need a device with Internet access. And again, it can be done while relaxing in nature.

 The last thing managers do is reviewing the reports on the work of the company. Based on this information, important decisions are made. Thanks to the reports, you will know when to launch additional advertising, whether you need to acquire more cars.
