You can also allow drivers to turn on the Auto-order system. In this case, the application will automatically try to accept the order corresponding to the filters specified by the driver. But most importantly, what filters to allow and which to prohibit, you decide.

  Our auto-distribution system deserves special praise. You can configure auto-search driver scripts for each type of orders separately. For example, for current orders, the vehicle feed rate is important. You can configure auto-search for the driver in such a way that the drivers who are closest to the client are searched first. It is important to note that such a search does not occur along the radius, but along the roads. That is, the actual distance from the driver to the destination address is taken into account. Also, when searching for the nearest driver, it is taken into account how long this driver stays without an order and the priority of the group, which you can set in the settings. In case the system could not find the nearest driver at a given distance, you can specify the search for the driver by parking. Everything is simple here, the order will be offered to the first driver from the parking lot. If he refuses the order, then the next one. If it was not possible to find a driver in the parking lot, the order can be further sent on free air. When sending an order to the free air, you can take into account the current driver rating, and drivers with higher ratings will be able to see orders a little earlier than the others. If no one took the order from the air, the system will notify the dispatcher and repeat the search attempts in a few seconds.

  I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that all the rules for auto-distribution take into account additional requirements for the car or driver. For example, if a customer needs a car with a large trunk or a driver who knows English, the operator will mark these options when accepting an order, and the search for drivers will be based on these parameters. Also, the search takes into account the types of cars and their possible replacements. That is, you can specify in tinctures that orders for passenger cars can carry minibuses. In case a passenger car is needed to order, the system will search among drivers on cars and minibuses. And if the driver takes a minibus, an order is intended for a passenger car, then he will also carry out an order according to the tariffs for a passenger car.

  As soon as the driver accepts the order, he will open detailed information about this order. He will have access to a map showing the points of the route and the route itself. In case the driver does not know the city well, he can launch the navigation system with one click, which will guide him to the most optimal route to the destination. After the client gets into the car, the taximeter will automatically turn on. Here, too, everything is extremely simple, the driver does not need to choose the necessary tariff and mark other parameters. Everything will happen automatically. And in the process of driving, the driver also does not need to do anything, the taximeter will automatically take into account downtime and standing in traffic jams. Upon completion of the order, all the readings of the taximeter along with the track of the execution of the order are transmitted to your control room.
