  Thanks to the full automation of the driver-to-order search and automatic client notifications, the dispatcher role, as we know it, is no longer needed. Your yesterday's dispatchers today are becoming operators who will simply receive calls from customers. They may have slightly more rights to the actions with managing the drivers and orders than operators usually have. You can administrate this without any problems using the built-in system of access rights.

We know how important is the possibility of working with several orders at the same time. Using our system, your operators have the opportunity to open several orders for editing simultaneously and easily switch between them. Each customer call is attached to its order card. Due to this, your operator can take several orders at once.

  Taking into account our experience in developing previous software for taxi, we have provided the opportunity to separate the map and the parking plan from the main dispatcher's window. Now you a dispatcher can place infrequently used windows in a convenient place, transfer them to another screen, or simply minimize them.

  The list of orders is also worked out to the smallest details in our system. You can customize or hide the fields of the list, change their order, highlight order types with different colors. As the order is being processed, the fields that show statuses and delays change their color. This makes it simple for your employees to navigate the list of orders. With the help of built-in filters, they will easily select the orders that need immediate attention.

  When creating an order, an operator no longer needs to fill in numerous fields. The phone number will be put in automatically. The database will be searched for the customer personal information and discount. The pick-up time will be automatically estimated depending on the type of order. A suitable rate will also be found immediately after the type of car has been specified. All that remains for your operator to do is to specify the address, but even there they will not need to type much. The intellectual system of autofill will offer possible names of streets and objects, and the operator will only have to choose the most suitable option.

  We have said before that we automated 99% of the dispatcher's work. But that is not quite true. In fact, when the client orders a taxi via the mobile application, or through the website, 100% of the order processing will be automated, needing no human intervention.

Developing the rights of access, we decided to step away from the usual roles, such as manager, administrator, operator, and dispatcher. Instead, we developed a User Group System. You can determine the number and names of the groups yourself. To each group, you can assign different access rights. There is also an option to allow access only from the office if you wish to make that restriction, and there are much more options and opportunities to choose from. Being a member of a particular group actually decides what role the employee plays in your taxi service
