About Us

Although Tonotel is a fairly modern service, our team has been developing cab software for over 20 years. During this time, the cab industry has undergone significant changes, and our platform has evolved along with it. For almost 15 years our product has been growing, filling with functionality, acquiring new features - from built-in call-center and mobile applications to powerful accounting and many other tools that we ourselves have sometimes forgotten about. However, every year it became more and more difficult to maintain the old base and introduce new features, because what was laid back in 1999 could no longer meet the increased market demands.

 

That's why we decided to create a new software for cabs. For almost 9 months we worked on the core requirements document, constantly consulting with our customers to understand what they were really missing. Even before the official development began, we firmly decided that Tonotel should be a cloud-based, cross-platform solution available to even the smallest cab services.

 

Developing such a service at a time when platforms like UBER and Bolt appeared on the market, completely changing the concept of a traditional cab, we realized that we had to give a worthy alternative. We wanted to give everyone the opportunity to create their own analog of UBER or to establish cooperation with other taxi services, creating a real alternative to the dominant market players. And now, after almost 3 years of hard work, we presented Tonotel. Much has already been done, but there are many more interesting tasks ahead.
